This is a wonderful company that provides quality home caring attendants. I have used them for years and their attendants have been very professional, compassionate woman. They can assist with showers, run errands with me, do laundry and know my house better than I do. Without them, I would be in assisted living! I highly recommend them.

Care Indeed is a reliable company to use when in a pinch for staffing. Every time I call, I am met with exceptional customer service. There is also great follow-through from their staff to follow-up on conversations and request.

In a bind due to a sudden injury, we needed someone to help my 92-year-old mom in her home. Care Indeed stepped up right away and had someone for us the next day. A nurse came to evaluate that same day. My mom says her primary caregiver is "an angel" and leaves nothing undone, even going beyond the requirements of her job to help my mom get things done.

I have been using CareIndeed for six months to help care for my wife who has dementia due to Alzheimer's. The management at CareIndeed has been very involved in developing a care plan that is customized to meet my wife's needs, which is challenging due her denial of her diagnosis and resistance to having caregivers. I have had the opportunity as a Geriatric Care Manager / RN to work with Care Indeed for staffing for my clients. They are responsive and quick to get back to me with any changes. They are client focused and develop a plan of care to match the needs of their clients. They are also very in tune with recent changes related to COVID issues, all staff are up to date on Vaccinations. Training with staff is on-going and complete. I would recommend Care Indeed to anyone who needs non medical companions or more extensive assistance with daily needs
